How to view the Zalo OA account ID
Zalo OA is the official information page of businesses, brands, organizations and communities on Zalo.
To let customers message you to Zalo from the website you need to enter this account ID in the Zalo button settings at MaxLead product.
If you already have a Zalo OA account, see the Zalo OA account ID as below:

Step 1: Access your Zalo OA account, go to account settings.

Step 2: In the general information panel, you will see a sequence of ID numbers right at the top of the table.
- Step 3: Enter the correct sequence in the ID Zalo OA box when embedding Zalo button to your customer when accessing the website can chat to your correct address Zalo.
If you do not have a Zalo OA account but want to use this channel to contact customers, please visit https://oa.zalo.me/manage to create a Zalo OA account.
