Add status and comment to lead

To manage and categorize lead customer information more easily, MaxLead provides additional status and comment columns on each lead list.

The status column allows you to select the corresponding lead state
  • Not processed: this status is for lead you haven't contacted yet
  • Processed: this status is for lead you contacted for care
  • There is a need: this status is for customers wishing to care / use your product / service
  • There is no need: this status is for customers wishing to care / use your product / service
The caption column allows you to enter these lead notes if any, for example, if you want to enter the comment "Guest does not listen", click the box corresponding to the lead in the Comment column and enter the text above.

MaxLead will help you save this status and annotation on the lead list for more specific lead status tracking.
