  • The link to your Facebook Page: This is unnecessary information. If your business uses Facebook Page to market and contact customers, enter the link to your Facebook Page in this box for your customers to chat directly to Facebook Page from your website.

  • Zalo account: similar to Facebook Page, this is unnecessary information to fill out, if your business uses a personal Zalo or Zalo Official Account to market and contact customers, enter the phone number to log in Zalo or Zalo Official Account ID in this box for customers to chat directly to that Zalo account from your website.
