Data Feed

1. Dashboard
Here, you will have an overview about product's status:
- Products uploaded feeds.
- Pending: Products are in the process of being reviewed by Google. 
- Approved: Products that have been approved by Google Merchant Center and eligible to run shopping ads.
- Disapproved: Products rejected on Google Merchant Center accounts.


2. Data synchronization
  • Product portfolio
- The list of sites: A complete list of all products available on your website. This category is sorted (divided) into different subcategories. 
- Google portfolio: These categories are based on Google's product classification system, one that is designed to help ensure that your ads are displayed with relevant search results.
To synchronize list on your website with Google list: click Google directory.
  • Product attributes
A product will contain many attributes. Each property contains a single piece of information such as the title or description of the item.
- Properties on your website: Information of products on your website. Example: Price, Status, Description ...
- Google requires attributes: Similar to the category, these are also attributes according to the Google format required. You must submit product data in this format in order to create an effective shopping ad.

 
  • Calendar upload product: This schedule will apply to the synchronization products from the website to AutoAds and from feed to Google Merchant Center.
When you create a feed, the schedule for updating data for the feed will default to 0 hours per day. You can reset the update schedule to your liking here. Set up: 
- Frequency
- Time 
- Time zone: the time zone is set by default as the time zone in your country.

3. History sync
You can manage the timing of the data update of the feed here. Along with that, the products are classified in 3 following states:
  • New product added: The product has been newly added on the website after the data update.
  • Product changes information: The product is already in the feed but there has been a change of information after updating the data.
  • Deleted product: The product is already in the feed but deleted on the website after updating the data.
