Why does my account not display data?
When your account does not display data, the system will automatically detect and display the corresponding reason. See details below:
1. Website has not completed blocking configuration:
Content: “The report cannot display data because the website currently selected: www.domain.com has not completed blocking configuration settings. Please complete the remaining setup steps here. "
You just need to click on the "here" button. You will be switched to the screen of the step you need to complete.
2. Google Ads account is not connected to Novaon AutoAds system.
Content: “The report cannot display data because your Google Ads account has not been linked to Novaon AutoAds system. Please complete the account link steps here. "
Click the button here to switch to the Connection Google Ads account screen.
3. The Google Ads account you linked is the MCC that does not directly set an ad campaign:
Content: The report cannot display data linked by a Google Ads account as an MCC account (My Client Center). Please link directly to the Google Ads account that is managing the click fraud blocking campaign. To add a new Google Ads account, click here.
4. The campaign has no data of click:
Content: The report cannot display data that has been linked to your Google Ads account without your ad campaign or ads without click metrics. Please run advertising campaigns to use Novaon AutoAds.
5. The campaign has no tracking link of Novaon AutoAds:
Content: The report cannot display data that has been linked to Google Ads accounts without tracking code. Please embed the tracking code here.
Click the button here to switch to the Campaign Configuration screen. After that, click to select the campaign to stop click fraud.
Click "click here" to switch to the screen to add a Google Ads account to directly manage the campaigns to be protected.
