Guidance on / off receive notifications on the operating system

1. Open Chrome on a computer.

2. At the top right, click the Add Settings icon.

3. In the "Privacy and security" section, click Site settings.

4. Click Notifications.

5. Choose to block or allow notifications:

• Allow or Block all: Enable or disable the option Sites that may request permission to send notices.

• Block a website: Next to "Block", click Add. Enter the site and then click Add.

• Allow a site: Next to "Allow", click Add. Enter the site and then click Add.

FireFox browser

1. Open FireFox on the computer.

2. Access the menu icon in Firefox, select Options.

3. In the "Privacy and security" section, click Settings at Notifications

4. Choose to block or allow notifications:

• Allow: Enable this option for Sites that may request notification.

• Block: Do not allow the site to send notifications

 Microsoft Edge

1. Open Microsoft Edge on the computer.

2. Access the menu icon on Edge, select Settings

3. In the "Site permissions" section, click Notificatons

4. Choose to block or allow notifications:

• Allow: Enable this option for Sites that may request notification.

• Block: Do not allow the site to send notifications.

• Add: Add websites to receive notifications or block notifications

Android operating system:

Chorme application

1. On Android phones or tablets, open the Chrome app.

2. Go to the site you don't want to receive notifications.

3. To the right of the address bar, click the More Information icon.

4. Click on Site Notification Settings.

5. If you do not see that setting option here, this site cannot send you notifications.

6. Select Allow or Block

 FireFox application

1. Click the control center icon (lock pattern).

    2. Touch Edit page settings.
    3. Put a checkmark next to Notifications, then tap Delete to cancel the notification. To keep the notification, touch Cancel.

         

    4.Touch Delete.
