Facebook Messenger Button
Similarly to Zalo, enabling the Facebook Messenger button allows this button to be displayed on the website if you want customers to contact via Facebook
You can customize the message to customers, please fill in button name and Facebook Fanpage URL in boxs
In case after setting up, Facebook Messenger Button can not display or be clicked to chat:
- Contact AutoAds Staff to check if your website conflicts with Facebook SDK.
- Check whether your website domain is reported to Facebook Page. Guide here.
To collect lead information from facebook, you need to grant the Facebook Page connection to AutoAds. After entering the correct Fanpage link, click "Authorization" to allow AutoAds to link to your account.
