Call button

1.On/Off Button: Please turn on the Call button to allow this button to appear on the website if you want customers to contact you via the hotline number or the customer asks you to call them again.
                                                        
2. At the Call button, similar to other buttons, you can customize the button's display content such as:

The title of the window pops up when the customer clicks the button

Customize the color of the Request a callback button.

3. Hotline configuration: you can add up to 100 phone numbers to display on the web. Operation "Add hotline" to enter information

You can move the mouse to edit / delete information or drag / drop to change the position of the phone number.
In addition, with information available at the Map button. You can get directly to the Call button by visiting "Enter information from the Map button"

Rotate phone number: This feature is displayed when you add 2 or more phone numbers, with this feature the system will automatically distribute all the phone numbers you have added to guests one by one. line. Each customer accessing the website and pressing the call button will be shown 1 phone number. This phone number will not be changed in 1 session (20 minutes) of that customer.


6. To view the phone number the customer has left and the number of leads collected, please visit the List of leads / Calls.

We will send you a notice as soon as a customer leaves your phone number via Email channel.
