How to get OnCustomer chat ID
Let's follow these steps below to get OnCustomer chat ID!
Step 1: Log in OnCustomer account.
Step 2: Access settings, và select Widgets.
Step 3: On the page of Widget script code, copy OnCustomer chat ID from the code.
Step 4: Access MaxLead's settings. On the tab of Omni-channel, click on the node OnCustomer to open pop-up setting.
Step 5: Enter OnCustomer chat ID copied from the Widget script code.
After saving the set-up, MaxLead system will automatically link with your OnCustomer chat account.
